I am a Chattanooga, TN based wedding photographer. I also love to photograph families. I'm an old soul at heart and I bring that sense of nostalgia into my photographs.
I am married to my soulmate, Allen, and we have four children from the ages of 2-13 years. My husband is the Executive Chef for our family's wedding venue and he helped me to pursue my love of photography and start my business 5.5 years ago.
I am originally from a small mountain town in middle Tennessee and growing up there shaped me into who I am today. So if you're wondering why my accent is so thick, that's why haha.
I have a passion for old photographs of loved ones and storytelling. I want to capture your love story and help you to create memories that you can pass down from generation to generation.

I have my husband, Allen, to thank for giving me the push I needed to start my photography business. After we got married in April 2018, he gifted me my first Nikon DSLR. I've always enjoyed photography and editing. After experiencing what wedding photography was like with our own wedding, I decided I want to try it out for myself and fell in love!
I will always go above and beyond for my clients to ensure your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be. I will help you with any questions you have throughout the whole process and offer help with various things like timeline planning and sending you a wedding guide.
Above all I want you to feel comfortable with me in front of the lens. We can meet for coffee (I don't like coffee but I love my Starbuck's Pink drink) to get to know each other and even plan your engagement session.
how i started and what it's like working with me.

From the time that I was a young kid, I always had a love for taking photos and putting my own creative spin on editing. In high school, I would take photos for friends and help style them. It wasn't until right after I got married though that I decided to fully pursue photography and start my business.
During the process of planning our wedding, having our engagement shoot and then wedding photos, I was picking my photographer's brain and was so interested in the whole process. That's when I realized wedding photography was something I would love to do. My husband, Allen, bought me my first Nikon and then it was off to the races!
It is so refreshing to take a peek into another couple's love story and document it they way they are in that moment. Every shoot is different because every story and every couple is different.
I have a relaxed, warm, and filmy style to my photos. I want you to have a sense of nostalgia when you are looking through the memories we captured. Your family and friends will be able to relive your wedding day for generations to come.

I love country music and rock. Some of my favorites are Johnny Cash, Zach Bryan, Elvis, the Stones, and Skynyrd. I could go on..My favorite band is Whiskey Myers which perfectly fuses country and rock together. I've seen them over a dozen times.
I am a dog person and I have one 6 year old "baby"...a little German Shepherd look a like, Roxy.
I'm originally from a very small town with only two red lights which blows most people's minds and I've been told I have a pretty thick southern accent and I love it.
I absolutely love to travel. It is my favorite thing to do even if that's just driving in my car until I find something new and exciting. If you're interested in planning a destination wedding or elopement, I would love to hear about it!

When I am there to photograph your wedding day, I make sure to help in any way I can. Whether that be fluffing your dress, wiping your tears, or grabbing a drink. I'm here to serve YOU. I have experience shooting dozens of weddings and will help to make sure the day flows smoothly.
I will arrive early, come say hi, and prep my gear to start the day photographing. I will be there to capture the mother-of-the-bride and the bridal squad helping the bride get ready or the groomsmen hanging out and playing corn hole.
I'll show up energized and ready to go after having my Dr. Pepper or Baja Blast freeze on my way to the venue. I won't miss a moment capturing the most memorable day of your lives.
I will be there from start to finish documenting the getting ready all the way to the party on the dance floor.
I absolutely love getting candid shots of you and your families getting ready, chatting, and dancing, but I will also pose you for some amazing couple photos. I love to have a healthy mix of both posed and candid!
